i love this mod since its beginning

but like others i use NoCombat Log due to my bag computer


is there a workaround?

How do I remove this mod? I have Book of Grudges installed and I dont want to see 2 messages popping up when I kill someone, so Im trying to uninstall this mod, but despite uninstalling it from my Curse Client and manually deleting the files, it keeps coming back. I have a mod that allows me to toggle other mods on and off, but I would really prefer to remove this.

I cleaned combat log and the addon does not work now.Where log options are used by kb mod?Kills,exp and renow?

would be cool if you could find another way to determine the killing blows, since i've turned my combat log OFF for performance reasons.. and i won't turn it ON again just for one addon, and suffer stuttering again.

for french users who have a character's name which start with a vowel it doesn't work because of the MsgLang.KFindAux which is not found, for me it works by changing the MsgLang.KFindAux[3] = "d'"..PlayerName by MsgLang.KFindAux[3] = PlayerName

This has not worked for me in ages, even tried installing the retail client, reinstalling killing blow and still nothing. Does the combat log need to be enabled in the xml or does it get it from the ingame text?

Sometimes I get the phrase "Dangerous Situation" across my screen. Is it this Killing Blow add-on that creates this message, and if so, what does it mean?

This addon does not detect most of my killing blows in scenarios.

I was wondering if anyone has an issue where the killing blow text (really cool add on for my witch elf) comes out way after combat from the text spam of using skills and being too far away....error text basically?

I seemed to have corrected mine by uninstalling my old beta client and reinstalling the retail client. Kind of a heavy handed fix though.

My problem of not seeing the name of the character I killed didn't go away on a full client install. I'm starting to think it might be a conflict with another addon. I'll check that out this weekend.

I have this mod on 2 different computers and it worked for a while and now they both dont work and all my other mods work. please fix this one or someone else needs to make one that works!

This used to work for me but since the last 1 or 2 updates it just says "you have killed" and all the rest of the info without giving the name...
nice to know that i got a kb but would like the functionality of having the name shown back :)
